How Do You Apply SureCrete XS Rods and Fibers for Precast Structural Enhancements?
XS Rods and Fibers are incredibly simple to implement in your casted concrete pieces:
- If using either the Basalt Fibers, AR Glass Fibers or Structural Fibers, simply sprinkle them in intermittently while mixing cast materials in bucket to your desired level.
- If utilizing the Basalt Rebar materials, strategically place the rebar pieces in the backside of the mold, making sure not to vibrate the mold to vigorously so that the rebar does not sink to the surface of the mold and be exposed upon de-mold.
